O arquiteto italiano, nascido em Nápoles, mudou-se para o Rio de Janeiro em 1949 e formou-se em arquitetura e urbanismo pela UFRJ, e a partir da década de 1960 lecionou na FAU - Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo.
Foi responsável por inúmeras obras icônicas no Brasil. Dentre seus projetos mais famosos estão o Edifício Pauliceia, a Galeria Metrópole, o Tribunal de Contas de São Paulo e os edifícios-sede da IBM e Citibank.
Para Circolo Italiano desenvolveu todo o projeto de decoração dos ambientes internos, conferindo elegância e sofisticação aos nossos espaços.
